YOU, the client are the one who makes the final decision on price whether it is higher or lower than the list price. My vast experience in negotiations is assurance that I will get the best price possible for the  purchase or sale of your home. I guide you along the  sale process, every offer is presented to you whether verbal or in writing. Once sold I advance all the documentation to your lawyer for completion.

No purchase or sale is complete without a home investment checkup to track your biggest financial outlay: your home. Every year we will review your investment and an updated market analysis is  completed.

We will set a date to get together on the anniversary of your sale to review your new home’s value, give you a scope of the market and address any questions you may have. My commitment to you as a REALTOR® is for life.
